FTD-6000系列是在LD、PD模块生产中自动、批量进行调芯直到YAG焊接操作的设备。 按照客户千差万别的模块，提供相应的应用方案或解决方案。 对于要求高接合度的模块，还备有可同时承做器件、镜头、光纤/接收器三体调芯机。
Alignment & Welding stage
本设备的特点之一是可自动进行焊接过程中的旋转调芯。由此实现了均一的、温度特性稳定的焊接。
FTD-8903 YAG Oscillator
FTD-8903是专为FX-5000FTD-6000系列开发的YAG发振器，可调节三叉光轴，使焊接熔深均一。 采用本设备，可保证焊接质量的稳定性，防止焊接损耗，实现稳定生产。
