概要
お客様のご要望に応じてマニュアル機から全自動機を取り揃えています。
本装置は、ヘッダーとキャップをN2環境にてハーメチックシールを行う装置です。また、お客様のご要望に応じたサイクルタイムを考慮した各種ベーキングオーブンも取り揃えています。
LA-3000 自動光軸調整Cap溶接機
LDモジュールの組み立て工程において、レンズ付キャップをヘッダーに溶接する際に光軸調整をおこなう装置です。
以前よりキャップ溶接装置を御提供してきましたが、光モジュールの高性能化に従い、光軸調整ができる装置をというお客様のご要望にお応えした全自動機がこのModel LA-3000です。
L-1000 マニュアルタイプCap溶接機
このL-1000は、コストパフォーマンスに優れたマニュアルCap溶接機です。オリジン製の抵抗溶接機は、Capacitorタイプであり、溶接に必要なエネルギーをコンデンサに蓄積し、溶接トランスを通じて、一気に放出します。消費電力は、ACタイプの溶接に比べ、小さいこともメリットの１つです。
