General
FX-5000 series are automatic system for mass production of LD/PD module/Optical alignment/YAG welidng.
Each customer has it's own module concept and a lot of application software are available.
Alignment & Welding stage
The biggest advantage of this system is that offset correction welding is done automaticallly. This function achieves uniform welding and temperature characteristic shall be stable.
FX-1801 YAG Oscillator
FX-1801YAG oscillator is developed for FX-5000 series. Each three optical-axis is adjusted to be uniform welding depth. It prevents power loss at the time of welding and provides stable production.
