Origin Co,. Ltd. offers several types of Seam sealing System from full-automatic to manual that meets customer's needs. These systems are used for hermetic sealing between package and lid in N2 atmosphere.
Also we can provide baking oven to met with your request.

OS-3200 Seam Sealing system

OS-3200 is Seam sealing system that can treat a package with fiber. This system in composed of Seam head, Seam stage, Lid alignment function, dry box, control unit and vacuum oven. Operator sets lid on the package and take out tray (magazine) from vacuum oven. Applicable up to 50mm package size. (Option up to 150mm)

Advantage of Origin system

Origin's long life electrode holder shall realize stability.
Structure of long life electrode shall realize continuous operation for many hours.
Roller electrode makes it's Life time longer for auto trucking method (Electrode pitch changes automatically per sealing.)
Auto lid alignment function reduces troublesome work.
