October 1990

Founded as N.I. HIGH-TECHNOLOGY INC. wholly owned by Nissho Iwai Corporation (predecessor of Sojitz Corporation) (with a capital of 50 million yen).

August 1995

N.I. HIGH‐TECH AMERICA,INC. was founded (predecessor of E‐GLOBALEDGE AMERICA, INC.).

July 1996

Renamed “Nissho Iwai High-Tech Inc.”

March 1999

Capital increased to 130 million yen.

February 2000

Became a consolidated subsidiary of ITX Corporation following Nissho Iwai’s sale of all of 2,600 shares to ITX Corporation.

March 2000

ISO14001 approved.

October 2000

Renamed “HiTec21 Inc.”

March 2001

Merged with Nichimen Electronic Technology Corporation.
Capital increased to 250 million yen.

April 2002

An electronics business division was spun off from ITX Corporation (absorption).
Renamed “ITX E-Globaledge Corporation.”
Capital increased to 490 million yen.

November 2003

ITX E-Globaledge Hong Kong and China Limited was founded as a consolidated subsidiary of ITX E-Globaledge Corporation.

April 2004

A mounting board test equipment business division was spun off into EG –Techno Solutions Corporation, founded as a consolidated subsidiary (Shares were issued to ITX E-Globaledge).

October 2004

A mobile business division was spun off into Quattro Media Corporation (Shares were issued to Quattro Media).

December 2004

Acquired infrared communication business from Link Evolution Co., Ltd.

March 2005

Capital increased to 555 million yen.

February 2007

E‐GLOBALEDGE FINANCE CORPORATION was established as our consolidated financing subsidiary in the U.S.

April 2007

ADLINK Japan Corporation was founded as a joint venture corporation with ADLINK Technology Inc. of Taiwan.

October 1. 2007

Changed a company name in E-Globaledge Corporation from ITX E-Globaledge Corporation.
